Question about epsom salt soaks.
There is no way I can get into a bathtub, I would never be able to get out of it.
So can I do something a bit different? Can I make up a solution of Epson Salts and hot water? Can I then soak some towels and wrap them over my calf?? I'm not cramping any more. So this is just in case this happens to me again. Think of it. This is exactly what Sister Kenny did when she found the treatment for Infantile Paralysis. She would take hot gauze things and wrap the kids' legs, and it would calm whatever was going on in the children's legs. Makes sense, no??? I mean, if one cannot get in or out of bathtubs. Thanks much. Melody |
yes you can ...
do a towel thing. I did that for my knee on vacation. I'd make the solution stronger with the Epsom salts.
But you can put your feet in a tub and soak THEM. The magnesium will move up the legs. I often just do the feet, and I get benefits in the calves too. |
