Finally! I finally had the money and found a supply. I won a gift certificate to Amazon. com. It was just enough to order a bottle of Methylcobalamin - 5000mcg SubL tablets.

I've been having a return of symptoms over the past couple of weeks. It's been slowly getting bad again. We'll see what happens now.

I'll also be adding a B complex again to balance out everything.

Here's hoping this is what I really needed all along!
