Default Dr Oz? A little off topic

This is a little off topic but does anyone watch Dr Oz on Oprah? He was on last night. Anyhow this is a doc who does know about nutrition and vitamins. He was saying vitamin d is his favorite vitamin and how so many people are deficient. That we all need to make sure we get all the vitamins a,b,c,d,e and how vitamin b many of us don't get enough of cause of how are diets are. I think he said d vitamin the most amount of people lack though. Yesterday's show was more about aging of the body but there was a lady with fibromyalgia who he helped through diet, exercise, and treatment. I'm going to write my story to him. I know it's slim to none but maybe cause of my age, past, and doc difficulty I may catch his eye. He is so healthy I'm sure. He had on the show cod liver oil he drinks and these shakes. Basically on his meal plans for health everything I eat the big 5 no no's I eat. The people on the show though of course they show the positives but anyhow really took years off there age and helped with weight control too. I would be too depressed to get my real age. My real age is 29 and my body is probably 70. Oy vey! This is a doc with bed side manner and knowledge. One in a million. I think many here would benefit from his books too. There are a few with the other doc Roizen. Have a good day.

Thumbs up I wanted to watch it, but fell asleep!

I'm so glad you brought it up.. I try to catch everything he has on T.V. He has a lot of shows on Cable. The Discovery health channels, which I no longer get. He really is a "real" doctor who tells it like it is. Not one of those preach AT you kind of doctors. He explains why things are the way they are.

If you write to him, I would love to hear if you get a response.

Good luck to you!
