Default Sjorgens Sarcoid

Does anyone know of a good site about sjorgens and/or a site to talk to people who know about sjorgens? I know someone who needs information about their sjorgens causing sarcoid which is leading to blindness. I believe Silver Lady runs a site but i dont know what it is.

Lightbulb there is a sarcoid forum...

based on a theory called the Marshall Protocol. (for sarcoid)

You might want to check it out. There are medical posts there.

http://www.marshallprotocol.com/

It has stood the test of time, but is still controversial.

http://rheumatology.oxfordjournals.o.../full/40/1/113

http://www.endocrine-abstracts.org/e.../ea0005p35.htm

Along the same lines as Sue said, there is also an entity called 'carcinoid'. Carcinoid Syndrome or Carcinoid tumors are other interesting topics.

The last website has some interesting info on hypervitaminosis of Vitamin D, which is new info to me. All 3 abstracts concern males, who seldom get the diagnosis of Sjogren's. Billye would probably have the exact stats, but, I belive the incidence is one male to 5 females. Sometimes the gender bias is due to physicians not considering a disease due to old presumptions.

You don't live with me!! You might have a different opinion if you were immersed in me 24/7. My husband seems to really love his job lately.

Joe check out my new thread on neuropathy....that might help too.
