Default Feldenkrais Stress Reliever

My Feldenkrais practitioner, who has helped me so much with back pain, sent out a Holiday Card with a tape on it. I just listened to it, and it helped immediately, so i thought I'd share it.

The pace is very like what she does with me in session, except she is generally helping with the movements, which are designed to undo ways my body moves, in response to the back surgery and other pain, and help it find alternative ways to move which are painfree.

This is a shoulder de-stresser. Enjoy

Thanks! I can't wait to try it, and have my husband with a "hurtin'" shoulder try it. I have taken a a few Feldenkreis classes, and they were the most relaxing things I have ever done.
