Found another article from a few years ago while looking for something else. Thought it may be of interest to someone:
http://archneur.ama-assn.org/cgi/content/full/61/1/44 What caught my attention was that both the seronegative AND the seropositive subjects studied responded to immunotherapy. I hope someday the term idiopathic is no longer needed when describing neuropathy because the cause is more easily known. fanfaire
