Hi. I have osteo and my endo said take 600mg of calcium with vitamin d 2 times daily. I think my mom takes the same and is your age but also fosomax which I know you don't want to start if I recall. Many thoughts to your dad and you too.

Fosomax another bad thing...D please stay away from the othro Drs.
Your young you can make yourself strong,just don't let them make
your back worst they can,honest..Sue PS eat your greens lots of them.
