Hi Sue:

Lantus does make a kind of premixed cartridge thingee and I even went to a seminar on it. They took out some kind of pen looking gadget and, well, believe me, after I learned how to use it (or should I say TRIED to learn), well, I gave up and said to myself "a regular shot is much easier".

You had to turn the dial, and pump the thing, well, I just said "forget it".

So I just give my self an injection. Oh, they gave me big numbered syringes. I mean who can see the itty bitty numbers on the syringes anyway. I used to have to use magnifying glasses.

But with these new syringes, the numbers are big and bold. Makes loading up the syringe much easier.

You take care,
