I recently visited my neuro to tell him about the "balls", which by the way have become smaller or even dissapeared. SO my neuro said it was nothing, and that they were probably just fat balls. Anyway, i wanted a second opinion and visited another doctor who is into alternative medicine. He mentioned candida and he said that due to all the health problems i face, he recommended ozone therapy. I remebera while ago Melody posted a thread on a doctor that recommended ozone and Mrs D said she was not sure about using this treatment because its effect on free radicals production.
I asked Mrs D again what she thought about this and she said she wasn’t sure about it…. I tried to search for articles with more consistent information and since I didn’t find many I discarded the whole ozone treatment idea. So I went back to doing regular reading about vitamins and other stuff and I came across wit an article about homocysteine and its excess contribute to vitamins b deficiency. This is the article: http://www.scientificexploration.org....1_mccully.pdf So in the article there’s a very complete description on how homocysteine puts several threats to health. The part that surprised me was that as I was reading the article I found out the author mentioned ozone which I had just searched and discarted… So, by reading the article I kind of understood there is an effect of ozone on homocysteine, so I kind of understood ozone has a positive effect on reducing homocysteine and its effects.. So this is how the effect is described: Thioretinaco ozonide and enhanced biological activity of thioretinaco ozonide in combination with interferon (?????????) I searched for more related articles and I found very interesting information: http://www.freepatentsonline.com/5565558.html http://www.patentstorm.us/patents/55...scription.html Chemical pathology of homocysteine. III. Cellular function and aging http://www.annclinlabsci.org/cgi/con...tract/24/2/134 They all claim that ozone is somehow connected to homocysteine or could somehow have an effect on it. I don’t really know how to read this information. I don’t know the technical vocabulary I would need in order to understand it. So the truth is I am not sure I really understood the claims there, so I would like to know what you think of this and how you interpret this information… |
