Megan, I agree with Melody that whatever the units, you're on the low side and that's important. Why not just increase the number of 1000mg methylcobalamin pills you take, and take 5000 for a few weeks. After you build a good store, you could go back to 1000 if you wanted, and just get a blood test to see if you've maintained a high B12.
