Default Good Days - but why?

Today I am having a better day than average ....but I wish I knew why.
In all the years that I have had burning feet etc., I have never noticed a correlation with any external factors that result in good-days
(e.g. eating Pizza results in a good-day the next day ....I wish!).

I know what antagonises my feet - and last Monday I really antagonised them by being on my feet all day, tiling our laundry. That was tough going, even though I was wearing sandles.

Best Wishes
Steve

I think good days are wonderful and don't question them, just am happy to have them. I focus on what causes the bad days and try to avoid those as much as possible!

Lightbulb good days...

Good days for me are high barometric days, sunny, etc.
Bad days for me are low barometric readings and approaching storm systems.

Also anything that affects the feet dramatically. Kneeling bends the toes, and can be horrible the next day. Walking on rocks is bad for me too, and that I cannot avoid, since our summer home is mostly rocks. (We have removed most of the rocks in our paths around the house, but the shore and water all have rocks to deal with.)

Some foods will set me off... MSG containing things. Also too much Tomato sauce, or other histamine containing foods. Nightshade family is sometimes a trigger too.(but not always-- the food thing I think is additive)

Hello,
Many of us tend to overdo it on the good days and end up on the couch for a couple of days to recuperate. Over the past couple of years while the PN has not spread past the feet, legs and crouch it has become more disabling. Wishing you a better day.

good days for me are usually cool dry sunny days with low humidity, the same goes for respiratory. Once the summer hits though my ankles swell much more than they do the rest of the year.

As an aside the thing about the rocks brings to mind the agony i had getting out of the water having to walk over broken shells and rocks on the shoreline. That was before i knew what i had, now i wear water shoes.

For me (diabetic neuropathy), IT'S ALL ABOUT THE WEATHER. And stress!!

If it's going to rain, I'm a dead duck. If the humidity is 90, I'm a dead duck!!!

If it rains, I'm a dead duck.

But if the sun is shining, and there's no humidity, and it's warm as heck outside, I'm not a dead duck and while everybody is dropping dead outside from the heat, and pouring water over their heads, I'm walking just fine and smiling.

But when my son calls (oh boy, do they burn).

So stress and weather does it for me.

Mine was always better in the colder days, i dreaded the summer, anything over 25 degrees C my feet would start to burn more.
Stress was also a major contributor to mine as well, even cutting those tiles in different angles to fit small areas can be very frustrating as well, i know when i tiled this place, there were many floor tiles that cracked when cutting and got thrown down my back yard, when i done my block i was so glad to finish the job.
