Question Shortness of breath (dyspnea)

Hi everyone. I am back from my trip. Very long flight, 22 hours.

Needless to say I had very bad jetlag. But I have been feeling a bit short of breath since I came back very recently. Not any worse lying down or standing up. It did come on suddenly on Monday night while I was actually sleeping, and it woke me up. I was also yawning like mad for 2 days trying to get a deep breath. No chest pain just a bit of strain from continuously trying to get a deep breath.

On my flight I wore compression stalkings, drank water and moved around as best I could. Since I have never been short of breath in past, I am a bit worried. I have appointment with my GP Monday.

I don't know if people with PN have increased chance of pulmonary emboli which is where my mind is going.ofcoausre I also have reflux and anxiety and both could cause shortness of breath too.

I don't know? I feel ok otherwise.

I did however notice that when I took 2 voltaren today for my back my shortness of breath was 60% better.

I don't know if there is a connection or not.

Anyone with any ideas?

Thank you-
