Default Breathing

Hi Folks,
Seems like most of the birds have come here to roost and hope everyone is doing well. I don't post much as there is so much to read and remember. Anyway getting to the point does anybody suddenly experience the body forgetting to breath. All of a sudden you gasp and realize you need some air. I have been on Lyrica for a good while now and 2 months ago started taking Tramadol and it started shortly after taking it. I have to see the Doc next week and like to know if there is a substitute for it. Tramadol works real well with Lyrica in pain management. Thanks
