Default burning foot

Hi,
I just joined this form tonight and I am looking for some support. I had back surgery on June 5th and there was nerve damage. My back is fine, but now my left foot and calf has been burning up ever since. Fortunately the bottom of the foot is numb or I wouldn't be able to walk. The top, especially around the toes and ankles is so hot. I've been tried on Neurontin and now switched to Lyrica. I've had two nerve blocks that didn't work. I'm in physical and water therapy.I dread going to bed at night. The sheets hurt and I rarely get much sleep. Do any of you work with this kind of pain?:
