Shelley,

It is good stuff! My cardio doc prescribed for me instead of the statins. He didn't want me taking anything OTC for a number of reasons. And, actually, my overall cholesterol count was okay...just the LDL was a bit high. But it went down 10 points just by taking Lovaza for a short time. I have to say I was not consistent with it lately only because I received a couple of spinal injections in the last month. So, as the docs say...stop it two weeks before any injections.
