So, I need to know what you think. I have been taking 3000mcg of B12 for well over a year, and B12 for over 3 yrs now. I was a seamstress for years, in the last few years, sewing a button on made my fingers numb, usually before getting the job done. Last night I sewed an entire pillow cover for a full size pillow, by hand. My fingers tingled a little, but never went numb.
So, here's the question. Do you think the B12 is responsible for the improvement in my hands, or might it be the PT...I have had 8 treatments now, 2 more to go, or maybe the fact that I went totally grain free in March? Remember, I also have Celiac Disease, or gluten intolerance, depends on who you believe. My headaches may be a tiny bit better, but far from gone---the PT was prescribed to help deal with my headaches. I also have sleep apnea, which plays a huge factor in the headaches. They started PT in my neck and down to my right shoulder, by the 5th treatment, the left side was in worse shape than the right. The sonic massage is nice, the girl that has been doing my massage this last week finds every sore spot, and she is a little rough on me, we both can feel my bones cracking. I point blank asked her at the last session if this is as good as it's going to get, and she told me she honestly thinks so. SOOOO, what do you think? B12, PT, grain free (along with caffeine and high fructose syrup free)---maybe all three factor in??? My first thought was, wow, finally my B12 is working, then I remembered the therapy. I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel over 9 yrs ago, last year the neuro said it is an inoperable neuropathy form of carpal tunnel. Any thoughts out there???

Or not?
I'm just glad some improvement is happening! That is always good news. Remember we aren't lab rats, we don't live in 'controlled' environments. Just count your blessings that something GOOD is happening! 's - j |
