I found this on line and I wanted to share...I thought they would be more on a egg taste But I was surprised that they weren't I did have alittle trouble fliping the 1st one but after that I got them going. Also my boyfriend liked them He eats way too many carbs. Enjoy
Cream Cheese Pancakes Yield: Four 6-inch pancakes Serving Size: 1 pancake Ingredients 2 oz cream cheese 2 eggs 1 packet stevia (or any) sweetener 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Instructions Put all ingredients in a blender or magic bullet. Blend until smooth. Let rest for 2 minutes so the bubbles can settle. Pour 1/4 of the batter into a hot pan greased with butter or pam spray. Cook for 2 minutes until golden, flip and cook 1 minute on the other side. Repeat with the rest of the batter. Serve with sugar free syrup (or any syrup of your choice) and fresh berries. Notes Approx nutrition info per batch: 344 calories, 29g fat, 2.5g net carbs, 17g protei |

sounds great! thanks! I don't miss sugar AT all, I was always a bread/pasta person but hubby is eating this way now and he will like this.

My life was always bread and rolls...they were always on the table growing up. I didnt see how much I was eating till I had talked to a med student. He told me that the carbs might be making the burn in my feet worse along with several of my other bad habbits. And he was right. I am still trying to keep it under 30 carbs a day. I am going to try a new no carb bread recipe this weekend made with flax seed

My overall well being is much better when I gave up bad carbs and stick to 30g a day.
However as with all things some people do not do well on it. My friend tried it and simply could not do it, eating so much protein made her feel ill all the time. Her body chemistry just didn't like it. For me, I feel great getting rid of all the sugar and extra bad carbs. |

The ultra low carb type diets are too difficult for people with liver damage, kidney problems, or who are older.
All that protein has to be metabolized by the liver into glucose, and some people get low blood sugars because this process is too slow for them. When the Atkins diet was popular, I used to get questions like this all the time. So if one gets lightheaded or weird feeling on ultra low carb, then adding in some low glycemic carbs is a good idea.

Yes, we do need good carbs. The brain has to have them. Just not the junky ones.
