Thanks. You are in my thoughts too. Another day and last night of no sleep. That is an issue for me when I have a busy day meaning up all night in pain. My stomach has been so upset too lately especially when I eat rich or different foods. The other day I had this baskin robbins very rich ice cream and I swear if I ever see ice cream or nuts again it will be soon. I mean it too you know I got sick off of ice cream 9 years ago and I have only had hot coco since but maybe once.
On a side note I see how a good support system with more then just 1 person is. I truly wish my ex step dad lived by. He really helps me and I feel that different people in our lives can help us in different ways. Unfortunatly I have a very small support network and some of those people have major issues themselves if that makes sense.
