I am so sorry for your husband. I hope he continue s to heal. My gramps falls a lot and constantly has gashes. The last one he hit his head on a coffee table when he fell. Is this from balance issues for Alan? THis is my huge fear falling. I often feel like my legs will give out but the doctors are like no it just feels that way. As we know they can be wrong so not feeling to reassured. Hope he feels better. He has a good nurse.

Default The only thing I can add is...

if there continues to be bleeding episodes it might be that flap of skin getting yanked on that's doing it. If it seems like it is, take a scissors, the smallest you can find, pour some alcohol over the blades and then carefully cut the skin as close as you can. That should help.

Glad it wasn't any worse than it was! Ouchies to Alan! And to you too! Tell him is wasn't nice scaring 10 yrs off your life!

Hi Daniella:

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Alan doesn't have balance issues (at least not to my knowledge).
This was a big step going up to the restaurant. Alan's neuro tests his balance every time he goes. She says his balanced is much much better since he is doing the ivig thing.

Hope you are doing good.
