I'd continue taking whatever supplements I normally take, so that the doctors can get results which indicate what I generally look like, in my blood. I'd just have a list to give them. Stopping them transiently probably changes nothing much, but doesn't indicate what your blood would normally reflect.
My B12 and Vit D run high, because I'm on supplements. |

may affect patients taking the blood thinner Coumadin:
