you and the wife look just great... a very well matched couple!

Thanks for posting!

Do you want a picture done too? I love doing them, just say the word.

Default Lady in the Balls

I just clicked on the link and I have never seen anything like this is my life. How funny

Melody, you are right about Dan looking like John Ingle who plays Edward Quartermain on General Hospital.

Your new picture looks great. Mrs. D did a good job, but then she had a great picture to begin with

I will look around for a recent picture of me to get on here.

Thanks for the kind words Diana!! Mrs. D. could even make Queen Elizabeth look less frumpy. Now that would be something to see!!!!

I would just like to know how they make the lady drop through the balls every time you drag her.

Whoever designed this website is top notch.

Mel

Default I love the user ID BOOPERS.

Make me think of Betty Boop!!

I'll tell Alan what you said. It will make his day.

Oh you'll never guess what happened to me tonight. My toes started buzzing!!!
now I was diagnosed with neuropathy about 7 months ago. I go to Cornell and I'm in their diabetic program. My blood sugar has been controlled for some time now. I've been a diabetic since I'm about 40.
I'm 59 now.

I never took it seriously until the past two years. While my eyes show no sign of diabetes (the eye guy is a diabetic specialist and he checks me all the time), I kind of thought I might get a pass with the neuropathy. Never really bothered me. Only the tips of my toes were a bit numb. I never knew that until the doc did the tuning fork thing.

Well, for some reason, tonight my toes were slightly buzzing. Ever so slightly. I told Alan, my toes are buzzing, he goes, well so are mine!!!! We've had rain on and off the whole day.

So I did to my calves what I do to Alan's calves, saying to myself "well, if massaging Alan's calves make him go to heaven, it might do the same to me." Well, I didn't like it. So I stopped the massage.

When I walk around I'm fine. As a matter of fact, I don't even notice it right now. It's just a slight annoyance. Never really thought about it.

But after seeing what Alan has gone through for 15 years, well, I'll tell you, I do not want to have the same experience. I am extremely determined to get my sugar even lower. It used to be 105 when I was on the Lantus amount of 36. Cornell changed it last month and now I take 30 (because my A1c was 6.0).

I go back on the 28th of November. They'll check my toes again. I know there's no cure and I have to be really careful about my blood sugar. I never cheat on my diet. I guess I have to exercise even more. Hopefully they won't go back up on the Lantus. I'm trying to eventually do without any insulin. Probably won't happen but I can try. That's my goal.

so be well, my dear BOOPERS!!!
