Going to try 900mg now with all the following vitamins and supplements, B-complex, C, ALA,etc. I find if I do too many carbs I hurt more and if I push myself to walk, bike and use my elliptical I feel better.
i'm going to try this stuff, it sure sounds good & helpful........what i want to know is, is there a natural form of it??.........

also, as to u eating too many carbs & having the pain get worse.........excess carbs cause an increase of circulating insulin.......excess insulin causes the eicosanoid production to b on the bad side, more bad, than good, which causes inflammation..........keeping insulin levels down is the key.......
