Default Just got my blood test results from Cornell

The mailman just delivered the mail. Saw the envelope and said: "okay, here's my latest test results as of Jan 22, 09.

I joined Cornell 4 years ago.

At THAT time, the numbers were:
My a1c was 9.5 My U.Alb was 11.40 My U.Creat was 230.50, my U.Alb/U.Creat was 0.049 and my chol was 219, and triglycerides were 222
Also, at the top of the page it said: VLDL-Chl -44, LDL-Chl-128 & HDL-Chl was 47.

4 years later, HERE ARE MY NEW NUMBERS:

a1c is 6.2, U.Alb is 0.69, U.Creat is 116.13 and last but not least, my U.Alb/U.Creat is 0.006 ( I have no idea what these things are but the numbers are down, lol)
My Chol is 153, Triglycerides are 66, VLDL-Chl is 13, LDL-Chl is 83, and HDL-Chl is 57 (these numbers are good, right?)

I gather the lifestyle changes have worked!!!!

lol

I'm glad I can rock at 61.
I wish I could go to a disco and show them HOW MUCH I ROCK!!

But discos are a thing of the past.

But hey, my numbers rock!!

lol lol lol lol

I am now going to eat a small bowl of my homemade yogurt with some wheatgerm.

Sounds like I'm turning into Jack Lalanne. I only wish I could juice like he does.

lol

Thanks for the kind words.

Melody
