Yes, you are completely correct. There is no treatment other than the standard. IVIG has been used successfully for axonal neuropathy associated with sarcoidosis, however, has no effect on systemic disease.

Other than that, it is the usual, TNF stuff and prednisone.

However, it does put a new light on things such as pacemaker placement for my bradycardia, perhaps CPAP, etc.

Given all this, I am going to read the Marshall Protocol thoroughly, discuss it with my neuro. Neurosarc is pretty brutal and the mortality rate of neurosarc is not pretty to look at. I guess I have to wait and see for sure since there is NO one test that indicates this, other than a biopsy OR a compendium of abnormal tests that add up to Sarc. The t cell ratio being elevated is substantial, combined with the seronegative Sjogren's which could actually be the sarc.....however, we also know I have neurological issues. I guess what I do, depends on how bad things are.

I have to choose conventional or alternative which does use conventional medicines, just not steroids or TNFs.

Marshall Protocol is controversial and experimental, but it makes some sense. Both approaches can cause bone loss, steroids versus limited vitamin D.

I am getting miffed with all this governmental intervention in our food...and I am not an anti-government person by any means. I mean, why does every food have to have D added to it. Let us choose ourselves what we put into our bodies.
