Default stem cell technology
Has anyone heard of or used StemEnhance? It is a product that is designed to increase your stem cells. Theoretically, this can then help heal damaged nerves.

I am idiopathic (2.5 years) and willing to try lots of things but don't want to kill myself in the process!
