Default Need more info on Suppliments
What is the difference between Alpha Lipoic Acid and r Lipoic Acid?

What is the difference bettween B-12 and Methyl B12?

I have been taking 600mg of ALA and a suppliment of B12 daily but it seems like what I am taking might be different than what others recommend on this site, and I dont know the differences.
