Default guidelines for diagnosis of neuropathy

http://jnnp.bmj.com/cgi/reprint/77/3/397

if that doesn't work, I've uploaded it to lizajane:

http://www.lizajane.org/PN/Users/liz...y%20workup.pdf

[This is a good flow chart for how doctors can pursue a diagnosis. Just came out this year.

LJ,

Thanks for posting the article. I have dl'ed it, but not yet read through it. Just glancing, it looks very promising. It seems like we were overdue for an updated algorithm and maybe this can do the job. I hope it incorporates some newer info - that would be a big plus.

Default fixed link

Rfinney--

I'm not sure the original link worked, but I uploaded again and edited my first post so the lizajane address definitely does work now. I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Oops . . forgot to mention that the link did not work quite right - but it was doable with a little finagling. Glad to see you fixed it!

Will post some thoughts after I have done a real read.
