Red face Back Pain

I have been dealing with Neuropathy for over 10 years now and it seems to be a slow traveling journey to hell! I have all the usual symptoms, tingling sharp pains, numbness, itchy, & the worst is the depression. How can you live with this kind of pain forever? I keep hoping for a miracle.

My question is that I was wondering if lower back pain is part if this or something else entirely. I cannot walk for more that 20 minutes and I must sit down. After about 5 minutes I can get up but still in pain. I take 150 mgs Lyrica 3x/day and 30 mgs morphine 2x/day for my pain and although I have discovered the hard way (I forgot to take my pills one morning) that the medication does eleviate the pain I am still experiencing lots of pain towards the end of the day. On a scale about a 6. I dream about being pain free but no luck so far.

I haven't posted here for a long time but I do know that sometimes (actually lots of the time) that people on this forum are more knowledgable than the Dr's.

I'd apprecite any feedback on my back proble. Thanks to all of you for helping.
