Blush IGG Infusions for PN

Hi! Does anyone know if IGG IV infusions helps reduce the number circulating Antibody GM1s? (GM1 are destroying the short fiber nerves in arms and legs/feet) Does the Infusion allow the body to repair the nerve damage or just inhibit it? Thank you for your help.
