Default Conducting supplement experiment

I have been reading a lot on curcumin for inflamation lately. I got great results with zyflamend with my pn burning and I believe it is because of my hashi inflamation so have decided to try this also.

Research looks good, of course trying to decide which kind to use. Lot of discussion on bioprene or black pepper used with turmeric/curcumin in order for it to be absorbed.

The experiment is, my husband has inflamation/joint pain and so do I along with my pn, so I bought two different supplements, one with black pepper and one without.

Anyone here try curcumin?
