I'd like to know if this helped you man, I tried all kinds of vitamins and supplements for months and none of them did anything at all for me, except increase my monthly costs. The pain doc has me trying Savella, but it's like taking sugar pills, absolutely no effect but to keep me in bed except to get some food and use the bathroom. I have found that Methadone and Neurontin are the best things for me, but I have no deficiencies after many blood tests. Five or six different medication types, you name it and I've done it. But, had to realize that there is no miracle cure for SFN, at least not in my case.

They do want to try a Spinal Cord NeuroStimulator, it has had some benefits to Fibro patients, but they don't know if it will give relief all the way out to the feet and hands. If it doesn't do the trick, they may try a pump implant, which they say does allow you to decrease the amount of narcotics you take. At my age, any reduction in the narcs is good and allows me to pace them out longer over my remaining life.
