I'm curious....on your profile you state that you have back problems and yet you didn't get more info from your neighbor on the program that you are urging "better try them".......for back problems......it doesn't add up....your neighbor either......unexplained back problems....and yet a customized back pain program....with no physical exam....you know Steve....I'd go back and talk to your neighbor....'cause this just doesn't sound good....know what I mean? :confused:
