how much b-12 should i be taking if my test came back 489 also what does this mean if my immunoglobulin g is 831 with a refrence range of 700-1600 also immunoglobulin a is 127 refrance range is 70-400 also immunoglubulin m 72 with a refrence range of 40-230

where you actively supplementing the B12 before the test? if this was pre supplement, it may still benefite you to supplement.....over 1000 is a good place to be....

--are from a protein enumeration, to see if you have abnormal levels of these--your scores are all within range.
Abnormal levels on the low side can often be associated with genetic disorders of immune functin; on the high side, with blood cancers such as meyloma, Waldenstrom's, lymphoma, and the like. (It's a good thing you are within range.) |
