Default laymans terms

please explaine i have mild perithial neurapathy with axon involvement what does this mean in laymans terns thxsalso the only part of my body i dont have it now is my lower back please explaine what kind of neurapathy this can be and im extremaly sesitive to the cold my neuro does not explaine anything to me
