Default I need to gripe!

For the past couple of days I feel like my oesophageal motility has taken a nosedive! I have this raspy pain down my oesophagus - behind the sternum and am having trouble swallowing, with added pain as the pureed foods and liquids go down! Grrrr!

I am still on a 'liquid only' diet (eight months now) due to Gastroparesis, although I have been able to cope with soft Tofu and prawns of all things - except for tonight! For anyone with GP and oesophageal paralysis have you had periods of time when yours has worsened?
