Their news channel featured the eaglets and there is a neat video on this page that you can watch. They interview some of the people involved with the cam and are talking about the eagles wing muscles getting stronger and how it could be any moment that they leave.

If you look at them right now, you can see Mom and all three babies. They are gonna fly any day!

One of them is sitting facing the camera and he/she is not standing on his/her
foot, but holding it funny. Just pecked at it too. Could they have damaged it banding it? Has anyone seen this yet? . I see 3 eaglets and one parent now, and they all look pretty sharp!

They are just so beautiful. I love the slideshows.
Do we know the sexes of them? We should name them before they leave home. Come up with a list and then have a vote. .

I got so excited. I saw one fly back into the nest from their tree and then the wingspan of one coming into the picture from the bottom back into the next. Huge!!.... oh they have grown too fast!

did anyone else see the PBS special last night on the redtail hawks nest in New York City.....documented them from hatching eggs to leaving the nest and everyone so excited to watch them. Some worry though about how very used to people they have become, living right there in Central Park. Now when we go to NY in the fall I'll have to look for them.
