an update - the three young are still returning to the garage every evening, and I think they are now feeding themselves - (at least I never saw the parents feeding them this evening so presume they are now skilled enough in flying to catch their own food)

the bad news - now that the ladders are no longer in use, i have no excuses about painting the upstairs windows
