No, the owner of Penny and Roo is Alicia Williams and I didn't see her in this video.

Dr. Miller (he was holding the two turtles) owns the practice and did Tigger's surgery.

They are truly a great group of people and I'm so thankful I have them to take my fur babies to.

I had a Family Day out, rough because in the rush I missed my lunch-time meds - and they are the BIG ones - I came home at tea time to be met by this vid. It made me Happy!!
