Default Candie's puppy acne

Do you know what it's called? The vet told me but I forgot, eccept that he also called it "kind of a puppy acne" & she will grow out of it (I think it starts with a P). She is a white german spepherd. In a few places she has patches of NO fur. Since her skin is pink/red, these areas are that color too. She has 1 on her chest, 1 on her side & large areas of her skin are showing behind /under her legs (sorta like armpits). I want to look it up
