G'day mrsd.
. Isn't that amazing! It sort of freaked me out a little. Imagine lying there and the cat comes to sit on your bed??? Sadly I don't think the people would actually notice. They showed this on our tv a few weeks ago and the people in the home were very very ill indeed. I do know that when I'm not at all well, that my cat comes and sits on my chest up near my face. I swear she knows how I'm feeling. Thanks for the article!!! |

I was getting a bit worried myself. Our middle cat started hogging the bed this past week or so..she actually started when my husband left for his second work break. I have a funny picture on how Big Stuff (the senior) took my bed spot
when I got up to make a privy stop. Between them both, there was not much room for ME! I have a funny picture, but it is in the laptop, and that is still in progress and not here yet. I won't get to put it up til tomorrow! But I kept wondering if my "time" had come! We had a family friend who died young of cervical cancer (40's)--this was before PAP tests were routine. She had a fluffy cat who was pretty old at the time. When Mary died at home, the cat howled and could not be consoled. She would not leave Mary. I always remember that, as I was just in my late teens then. It made a huge impression on me then and still does.
