Default doggy day care...

I'm wondering...my DIL takes her little guy to doggie day care, pays $25 per day for him to spend the day with other's around.
I'm wondering if people with disabiltities who may be homebound would make good doggie day care sitters?
I'm betting they'd make perfect providers!
Maybe should get a web site going to offer doggie day care as a way for those who cannot keep a pet 24/7 but can do on a part time basis....such as offering doggie day care even if just a few days a week?
Wouldn't this be a wonderful way to recieve a few dollars to help suppliment incomes AND have a pet you don't have to pay oodles of $!
Any thougths on this?
What do you think of my idea?
.

blessings, cheryl
PS....if I needed doggie day care, I sure would rather pay someone in need than to someone in greed!

Default doggie day care........

Interesting thought CT. I suppose it would depend on how disabled the person was since it would still require some work. The yard would have to be fenced in, special needs attended to like any meds, etc., cleaning up the messes that would inevitably happen, vacuuming up after the "shedders" had been there and other cleaning.

Otherwise it would be a wonderful way to get some of those "doggie kisses". Do you need a special license to operate one of them?

Personally for me it would just involve too much work that I can no longer do being in a wheelchair. Now if there was another person to do the work part, I'd be more than happy to provide a lap!!! lol
