Wink What a lucky Dog!

She is very lucky that you adopted her. I predict a wonderful future
for all of you.

Say, I'd like to see how that grandDoody is doing too...I bet he is a big boy now!

Ooooohhhhh......... How wonderful, how touching (is that the right word?)
Bruna deserves the best and it looks like she's gotten it. Dear Doody, I'm wishing the best for both of you.

Congratulations Doody, and welcome home Bruna! What a wonderful way to spend the day.

Hugs and Prayers

P.S. our big day is tomorrow. I'm finally done puppy proofing the house. Got the new dish, the food, the bed.... Now we have to make the biggest decision. LOL

.
thanks you guys, I so appreciate your sweet words.

FarmWife!! How exciting! I can hardly wait to see!

I woke up to kisses in the middle of the night from a soft velvety tongue. She slept in between me and daughter all night.

She just looks so sad all the time. I'll be glad when she's adapted to her new environment. I want to see a happy content Bruna someday.

Mrs. D, I'll try to get some pictures of grandson today when I take daughter back home.

Lightbulb too cute...

My husband's take (he grew up with doxies)...is that they often look like
this...don't be fooled!

But I think she is cute. I just hope she doesn't become a heartbreaker!

My son adopted a very seriously ill cat 2 yrs ago. She was rescued off the street and had a very hard life.
She moved in very nicely and behaves, and is a good girl. But when she needed IVs on an emergency basis, one night...he had to leave her at an Vet ER for 2 days...and then he saw what being abandoned did to her. She went nuts at the vet's and pulled out her lines and whatever. She thought she was being abandoned again. It was a surprise for him, and the Vet.

So there may be hidden issues, that only time will reveal for you and Bruna.
I am sure you can handle those!

Doody - I was in such a low mood all day. And then I saw this thread, and you have me all choked up. I'm SO happy for you and this sweet little doxie!

Don't worry. Before you know it, she'll be all doggy smiles.

.

ps - I hafta find crochet patterns for doggy sweaters. That is TOO cute!

Thanks you guys.
.
Yes Mrs. D, Ducky told me today that she thinks all doxies look like that. And yes, after 3 years of living in a cage in a dark shed having babies all the time, I'm sure there are issues. She's a little scared right now and just wants to be held.

Here ya go Mrs. D. Pictures of grandson with Bruna.

.

He's definitely a big boy now. He'll be 3 in August.

.

And me with both Bruna and Otto at Otto's house. He was SO jealous.

.

.

Yawning. LOL We are all still pooped.

.

We're back home again and tired, so we're going to bed now. Hugs and thank you for all your support!
