Default Birders, who are they???

Does anyone here have a clue who these guys are in the birdhouses on my porch? I've always had wrens and this is all new to me! One of their babies, I believe it was one of their's, was apprehended this morning by my Bruna.
.
They sit at both birdhouses facing each other all the time!!!

Chickadees?

I think you're right dear (((wren))). I was doing some searching on the internet and was coming to the same conclusion when my computer went all haywire and I had to reboot.
.

I think you're right! Thanks!
.

Then I wonder what bird it is trying to get them to leave because she keeps flying to the house on the right with nesting stuff in her mouth and she doesn't look like them at all.

It could very well be just an ordinary ole house finch. She's very plain looking and I've noticed red tinted birds at the feeders which are probably the males. She looks a lot like this.

Lightbulb those are sparrows...

The male has that black bib.

The house sparrow is very common and takes and gives nothing back. They often crowd out nicer sparrows and other birds.

Some other sparrows have beautiful songs, at least.

The birds I raised were house sparrows.

Well the stinkers! Still and all, they're pretty birds. Thanks Mrs. D!
