Thanks for taking the time to clarify that mrsD. You're the best. Turns out it was something else,
.
. I was hoping for something simple and an easy fix.

I hope the weather will be good for the last part of vacation. It always gets iffy for us and we may not get to have more short trips this sumer. We missed our usually long one as it is.

Enjoy enough for all of us. We love pictures
.
.

We're like children, you have to pacify us, if we can't have you handy all the time, we want pictures. And back safe and rested. Here is hoping all your tummy and other troubles are over.

Wink eagles...

Here are some eagle pics from this summer.

We had a gathering of 8 juveniles over our place in late August...and I managed a few shots. They were very hard to find in the zoom viewfinder! These shots were at the max my camera could capture, and they are not that great, but you can get an idea at least. After about 15 minutes, our resident adults came flying over the trees and checked them out. They ended up moving off north --guess they were in
our "territory" and not welcome.

The first picture I took was in mid July...this juvenile used to sit on the rocks across from us..I guess he/she was just out of the nest and still being fed by the parents. He just sat there for a long time. When the gulls returned from nesting they did not allow this behavior at all. We saw this eagle catch a snake one morning...that was interesting as he had trouble hanging onto it.
