Thumbs up Calendar TIME:

Do any of you know Sueellen Ross and her fantastic art work?

Today we turned our calender in the kitchen 'over', and this month's is just
spectacular.

Sueellen does puppies/dogs as well as cats, and I think she is just amazing.
We used to be Kliban fans, but now all of his calendars just recycle the older versions since he passed on. One day I was shopping in a upscale book store, after New Year's and found one of Sueellen's 1/2 off. Well, that was it for us, and now her art is in our house, at full price now
.
, every year.

Here is a website that sells her prints for examples:

.

I really like the emotion and feeling she captures. If you check out the 2007 entry at Amazon, you can see one or two samples that will be available this year. You know I save these thru the years, I can't throw them away. They are that GOOD!

This season Lang Calendars has two dog/puppy ones too.
2007 Cat one, can be viewed at
.

This year's has an "upseedown kittie" in it. This is a game some of our cats love to play...looking and playing up side down! I have never seen a publically done cat thing, with this trait displayed. I always thought it was some pecularity of our own cats!

So check it out, if you have never experienced Sueellen's work! I think it is just beyond words!

Wow! I do like these by Sueellen Ross!

I have a Lang Home Calendar frame, so I do need that particular size to fit. I haven't checked out this year's Langs yet. There are more and more to choose from every year....just makes it harder and harder.
