Wink

yep.... the parents feed them all day long!

The fighting is less now too. They are learning to get along.
It was tough watching them attack each other!

I never see feeding on the Blackwater site. Not to the extent the Norfolk parents provide.

The Norfolk eaglets will be flapping around soon, at this rate!

Monday Apr 20th.... They are going to band, and examine the eaglets. This means they will be climbing up ...it is something to see if you have not already in the past.

Talking funny video...

Ann over at the Garden, who saves pics and clips of the video,
put this up today. It is really interesting and a bit comical.

It shows the male eagle parent bringing in a new branch to repair the nest. She has speeded it up so that lends an air of
comedy to the situation. Watching the eaglets watch their Dad is pretty funny! They start pecking at the nest themselves! Just like kids!

Shocked Intruder alert!

An immature HUGE eagle--tried to get into the nest yesterday.

There are many pictures posted on the Gardens forum...like this one. There are several photographers posting their pictures.

.

The video is at Photobucket...because the camera is stuck on closeup...you cannot see the intruder. But you can watch Mom getting very protective.

Those photographers just amaze me. I could look at those pictures for hours on end!

Thanks Mrs. D!

(By the way, I LOVE those bluebells. They were my favorite flower as a child. Our neighbor had scads of them!)
