Hi,
I have recently been looking into increasing my body's glutathione production to combat SFPN and came across the supplement 'n-acetylcysteine' and thought it might be worth a shot. However, Ive read a lot of conflicting opinions on this supplement on this forum and a couple of others too but its difficult to come to a conclusion as the threads are quite mixed and often incomplete. For that reason i thought it would be a good idea to create a specific thread in this sub-forum to make future searches easier. So, does anyone have any experience with taking n-acetylcysteine or possibly increasing their glutathione through another method? and does it have any effect on small fiber neuropathy? Thanks |
