Default Books To Help

I thought I'd start this thread with the original basic books that are available, & I'm sure that there will be others added to the list.

But to start off:

The first of three books by John A. Senneff
in the "Numb Toes" series is:

"Numb Toes and Aching Soles"
(the three are very comprehensive and explanatory,
for the newly diagnosed PN'er)

Google ''John Senneff - Numb Toes"
for availability (Amazon has them)

These are excellent books. I might have "Numb Toes and Aching Soles" as I know CMT is also talked about as well as the other PN's. Thanks much for posting this!

Another Book that is available is:

The Numb Foot Book
How to Treat and Prevent Peripheral Neuropathy

Written by : Alexander McLellan N.D. and Marc Spitz D.P.M

This book continues from John Senneff's Numb Toes Series.

There is a large chapter for people who have Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy.

Hope this is of use.

I found the book you mentioned above to be concise but incredibly touching and insightful.
