This is more than a "twitchy" thing. This is a semi-incapacitating muscle and/or nerve thing. It has the uncontrollable inevitability of yawning and it sort of reminds me of when a dog gets up and stretches. It's always in the morning or after sleeping. I didn't think too much of it until I got my diagnosis.

Anyway, last night was a full-on battle. Really intolerable.

You think it might be a magnesium thing?
