Default R-Lipoic Acid with Acetyl L-Carnitine

I am posting here an article I encountered about the effects of combining R-Lipoic and Acetyl L-Carnitine. It says in the article that each work better if combined together. It does not mentioned about nerves healing but the study showed how Mito functions reaches its peak with R-Lipoic and ALC taken together.

I am taking the two together, if at all does not help my nerves, at least it helps in the anti-aging process

But I really believe taking them helps me in my energy. For some who cannot tolerate the R-Lipoic due to stomach acidity - I used to experience stomach acidity during the first months of taking it, but I would stop for a while, then I would continue again as I want to try anything that can potentially heal my nerves. Now, I hardly notice my acid (but I also take Nexium - that helps). As I said, if it does not do anything for my nerves, at least it does help me in my energy level.

Default Omega -3

Is there a maximum dosage in a day for Omega-3? I am taking Omega-3 1200mg with the intent to ease my GERD. I want to increase it but I am wondering if there is an upper limit to it.

Btw, I have a history of high cholesterol. In fact, it runs in the family (from grandparents, parents, uncles/aunties and all my siblings). I am sure but, since I started taking Omega-3 regularly, my cholesterol, triglycerides are good. I have yet to improve my good cholesterol level. So, taking Omega-3 has proven beneficial to me in that aspect.

Yes, combinations are the key for most people for whatever is wrong or just for health. CoQ10 is also very important for the mitochondria.

CoQ10, B vits, l carnitine ( I use Carniclear) Benfotiamine, magnesium etc.

Controlling glycation is so important. Antioxidents, Resveratrol are important. So many are needed.

I wouldn't take more than 5 regular strength Fish oils...without a doctor's supervision.
(or 2 double strength).

They can affect blood clotting. I've never taken that many either.

2 or 3 tops was my typical, and now with Omegas in foods more commonly, I only take one fish oil daily.
I use Omega 3 peanut butters, and eat salmon.

That's okay, don't worry about it.
